EduMany Admissions is an online admissions platform that parents can use to fill one admissions form and apply to multiple schools in their vicinity.
Register on EduMany to apply for admissions. Preferably fill the application form using a Desktop or Laptop.
Applicants require an Email address and a Mobile Number to Register and Login to the admissions portal. Parents need to know that the email address and the mobile Number mobile number used by them to register will be used by schools for all future communications.
You can apply to multiple schools for which your child is eligible. You can search, select and view the list of eligible schools open for Admissions after you log in to the portal. The portal will provide you with this list of schools based on your search criteria and the eligibility criteria set by those schools.
Applicants or their Parents need to first Register with their email address on the EduMany portal.
You need to visit Admissions section and confirm your Admission bookings as well as Send Query.

You can visit the Dashboard and view your admission queries in the My Queries section.

You can visit theDashboard Section and view your application queries in the My Bookings section.
You may visit Admissions section and browse through the list of institutions open for admissions.
You can also browse all Institutions listed in various categories
Narrow down your search by using location, keywords, name, course, category, academic year etc.
Reasons:
Make sure you Login with the same credentials (User ID and Password) as set by you, login details are also emailed to you and use the same Email ID with which you registered on the portal.

We are sorry that you missed the deadline. Every Institutions / course prescribes deadlines and we cannot change that for anyone. You can try to apply for some other school that still have the admissions process going on.
Once you submit the form, the schools will shortlist the candidates based on their eligibility criteria. If your child is shortlisted, you will receive communication from them directly.
Schools will also upload the list on their websites, so you can visit the website and check whether your child is shortlisted or not.

Yes, you can apply, however the shortlisting of your child will be based on school’s eligibility criteria.
Every school has their own set of eligibility criteria such as Date of Birth range, Distance etc. You can view the eligibility criteria on the respective Institutions / course admission listing.
JPEG files are preferred to be uploaded, especially for photographs. Maximum file size for a single upload cannot exceed 1 MB. E.g. birth certificate can be a maximum of 1 MB.

Parents will receive communication from the school if their child is shortlisted.
The communication normally should consist of information about the Date and Timing of when Parents are required to visit the school. The list of shortlisted students is also uploaded on the school’s website. Parents can visit the website of the schools they have applied to and check whether their child is shortlisted or not.
After document review, Parents are notified whether their child is selected or not via SMS / Email. Communication will provide parents with the date and time to visit the school and pay the admissions fees.
Payment of school fees is done after your child is selected.
Information regarding the Fee Amount, Last date of payment and the Mode of payment will be updated on the school’s website. You will also receive a communication regarding the same from the school.
You can pay the school fees online from the school’s website or by the mode of payment chosen by school.

Yes, for creating your applicant profile you must sign up on our platform first and create your account.
Creating and account also helps you track your queries sent and bookings done.
If you are applying for more than one child you can simply search different classes as per your requirement and Book admissions. You don’t need to create separate different child profiles in the same account.
Once you have submitted the application form, you can keep a track of the application status through your dashboard. We will also update you through email and SMS. You can expect a call from the school as well in case your application is accepted by the school.
Normally you don't need to pay the application form fee again in the school if you apply through our platform. Once the child is shortlisted then the payments according to formalities needs to be done at a later stage.

The easiest way to find out if you are eligible for scholarships is to contact the institute directly through the “Send Query” form. You can also take a look at each Institution listing detail which has some general information about scholarships for international students.

Email id cannot be changed as it is mapped to your account at the time of registration. However, you can choose to add your alternate email id in your ‘Personal Information’ section. The other option is to simply create a new EduMany account with your new email id that you wish to use.
