Student FAQ

Each EduMany course is created, owned and managed by the instructor(s). The foundation of each EduMany course is its lectures, which can include videos, slides, and text. In addition, instructors can add resources and various types of practice activities, as a way to enhance the learning experience of students. 

Elearn courses in terms of timetable and learning program are entirely set between the instructor and the student. You can begin the course as per details agreed during booking, and complete it as per your understanding with the instructor.

EduMany courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and mobile. 

After you enrol in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course booking you will be able to choose schedules, make bookings, receive in your confirmation email (provided you’re logged into your EduMany account). 

As noted above, the details / duration / timetable / deadlines to begin or complete the course are specified in each Elearn Listing Even after you complete the course you will be able to communicate with the instructor vide My Queries continue to have access to it, provided that your account’s in good standing, and the Instructor has an Business listing on EduMany.

EduMany is a marketplace portal connecting Instructors with learners, teachers with students across geographies, we offer access to knowledge and skills-based courses taught by real-world experts in their field. Every approved, paid course features a certificate of completion to document your accomplishment. The same is done in conjunction with the Instructor and will be displayed in the listing if being provided.

EduMany supports several different payment methods, depending on your account country and location. More information on EduMany payment methods can be viewed in the checkout of every course.

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on EduMany come with clearly marked refund policy as applicable. If you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policyFor steps on how to request a refund, please click here 

If you find you have a question about a paid course while you’re taking it, you can search for answers to your question in the  Help  or ask the instructor.

To see the payment methods that are available to you when you wish to purchase a course, please follow the steps below:

  • After you find the course you wish to enrol in, click Book Now on the course landing page
  • You will be directed to the Checkout page, which will feature the various payment methods that are available to you.

Depending on your device, location, and what country your EduMany account is registered in, your payment options may include the following:

Bank Transfers

International Credit and Debit Cards.

PayPal.

EduMany Wallet

Primarily your purchase must be eligible for refund.

Refund requests are submitted immediately to your payment processor or financial institution after EduMany has received and processed your request. It may take 5 to 10 business days or longer to post the funds in your account, depending on your financial institution or location.

If you requested a refund within 24 hours of purchasing the course, however, it may be processed as a purchase reversal (please see below for more information).

As noted above, it may take 5 to 10 business days to post the funds in your account after EduMany has processed your refund request, depending on your financial institution or location. Some refunds, however, may not post to your account for up to 30 days. If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed by EduMany, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund. If the bank does not see the refund in their records, please contact EduMany Support by clicking  contact us.

If it has been more than 30 days since you requested a refund, and you still haven’t received it, then please contact  EduMany Support.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, most refunds that are processed within 24 hours of the purchase are processed as reversals.  What this means is that the original charge will be removed from your bank or credit card statement, usually within 5 business days. If it is a reversal, then you will not see the refunds credited back to your account, since they were never withdrawn.

All eligible courses purchased on EduMany can be refunded within 30 days, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy. Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds. Learn more about our refund policy

In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a refund to your original payment method, the refund will be granted using EduMany Credits provided it meets our refund policy. You can learn more about which types of transactions are only eligible for credit refunds in our Refund Policy

Alternatively, if your transaction is eligible for a refund to your original payment method, you can choose to receiveEduMany Credits as your refund method instead. The credits will be added to your account, immediately after your refund is processed, so that you can use them towards your next purchase. You can check your credit balance by navigating to your EduMany credits page
