Businesses will be able to see and connect with your buyers & vendors, Recruiters can hire quality talent, Institutions get student admissions, Growth via different channels and fulfill your project requirements. To begin with, go to “Add Your Business” and update details

Additionally do a host of activities, manage content, Post and Apply to various business modules, track business queries, post and apply to Buy requirement leads.

Candidates will be able to upload profiles, approach prospective employers.

Learners / Parents / Students will be able to get Admissions, E-Learn online, Engage tutors. Tell us your Requirements

Add Your Logo is the perfect tool to personalize, promote, and protect your Business .

Simply click on ‘Choose File’ link, select your logo file straight from your phone or computer and press ‘Update’ button. Your Logo is now uploaded.

In case you ever wish change your uploaded logo, just click on “Remove’ and follow the process above.

Go back to the Dashboard for the step next i.e. Cover Image

A cover image is a photo which is large banner graphic that introduces visitors to your brand. Cover Image appear exclusively on your individual Listing Page which means businesses visiting your profile page will see and identify your organisation with it.

Simply click on ‘Choose File’ link, select your Image file straight from your phone or computer and press ‘Update’ button. Your Cover Image is now uploaded.

In case you ever wish change your uploaded Cover Image, just click on “Remove’ and follow the process above.

Go back to the Dashboard for the step next i.e. Photos

Photo(s) is a repository for other cover images. You can store images which can be replaced by Cover Images with a click of the button.

Simply click on ‘Choose File’ link, select your Image file straight from your phone or computer and press ‘Update’ button. Your Cover Image is now uploaded

In case you ever wish change your uploaded Cover Image, just click on “Remove’ and follow the process above.

You can click on the “Listings” link or click on the dashboard to go back to the Dashboard for the step next i.e. Product 

In Your Business Listing, there exist numerous modules where each module represents various business functions in an organization such as Product Display, Job Posting, Ecommerce, Admission Notices, Online Learning Booking, Franchise Signup, Buy/Sell Projects, Loan Syndication etc. 

Add Products
The steps mentioned below will assist to add /update Products to your EduMany listing page:
1. Go to Dashboard to the specific Business listing you wish add Product to and click on “Products”.
2. Add Product details- Product name, description, Product category, etc. and click on ‘Save’.
3. Your Product will now be added to your Business listing in the Dashboard.
4. Now return to the Dashboard to the specific Business listing and click on “Products” again. You will see your Product listed here. Pl add a cover image and other photos by clicking relevant icons in the dashboard
5. The ‘Thumbs down’ yellow icon means that the entered details are now waiting administrator approval to go live. Once the listing is approved you will see a green thumbs up icon in place of the Thumbs down yellow icon

After you have added a new Product, it is approved / rejected within 24 hours by our team.

In case you ever wish edit your listing, simply click on "title" name of the listed Product and the associated icons in the dashboard to make the changes.

To Add another Product, simply click "Add Product" link on the right side of the dashboard and follow the above mentioned steps all over again.

On reaching your allowed limit of Product posting when you click "Add Product" it will lead you to "Checkout" purchase page. On completing purchase, you will be able to Add more Products following the above mentioned process

Add Jobs
The steps mentioned below will assist to add /update Jobs to your EduMany listing page:
1. Go to Dashboard to the specific Business listing you wish add Job to and click on “Jobs”.
2. Add Job details- Job name, description, Job category, etc. and click on ‘Save’.
3. Your Job will now be added to your Business listing in the Dashboard.
4. Now return to the Dashboard to the specific Business listing and click on “Jobs” again. You will see your Job listed here. Pl add a cover image and other photos by clicking relevant icons in the dashboard
5. The ‘Thumbs down’ yellow icon means that the entered details are now waiting administrator approval to go live. Once the listing is approved you will see a green thumbs up icon in place of the Thumbs down yellow icon

After you have added a new Job, it is approved / rejected within 24 hours by our team.

In case you ever wish edit your listing, simply click on "title" name of the listed Job and the associated icons in the dashboard to make the changes.

To Add another Job, simply click "Add Job" link on the right side of the dashboard and follow the above mentioned steps all over again.

Add Admissions
The steps mentioned below will assist to add /update Admissions to your EduMany listing page:
1. Go to Dashboard to the specific Business listing you wish add Admission to and click on “Admissions”.
2. Add Admission details- Admission name, description, Admission category, etc. You can also add documents that can be downloaded by the prospective admission seekers in the “Additional section” and click on ‘Save’.
3. Your Admission will now be added to your Business listing in the Dashboard.
4. Now return to the Dashboard to the specific Business listing and click on “Admissions” again. You will see your Admission listed here. Pl add a cover image and other photos by clicking relevant icons in the dashboard
5. The ‘Thumbs down’ yellow icon means that the entered details are now waiting administrator approval to go live. Once the listing is approved you will see a green thumbs up icon in place of the Thumbs down yellow icon

Add Franchises
The steps mentioned below will assist to add /update Franchises to your EduMany listing page:
1. Go to Dashboard to the specific Business listing you wish add Franchise to and click on “Franchises”.
2. Add Franchise details- Franchise name, description, Franchise category, etc. and click on ‘Save’.
3. Your Franchise will now be added to your Business listing in the Dashboard.
4. Now return to the Dashboard to the specific Business listing and click on “Franchises” again. You will see your Franchise listed here. Pl add a cover image and other photos by clicking relevant icons in the dashboard
5. The ‘Thumbs down’ yellow icon means that the entered details are now waiting administrator approval to go live. Once the listing is approved you will see a green thumbs up icon in place of the Thumbs down yellow icon

1. Go to Dashboard to the specific Business listing you wish add Project requirements to and click on “Buy/Sell”.
2. Add Buy/Sell details- Buy/Sell name, description, Buy/Sell category, etc. and click on ‘Save’.
3. Your Buy/Sell will now be added to your Business listing in the Dashboard.
4. Now return to the Dashboard to the specific Business listing and click on “Buy/Sell” again. You will see your Buy/Sell listed here. Pl add a cover image and other photos by clicking relevant icons in the dashboard
5. The ‘Thumbs down’ yellow icon means that the entered details are now waiting administrator approval to go live. Once the listing is approved you will see a green thumbs up icon in place of the Thumbs down yellow icon

In case the listed business has multiple offices, the same can be listed here.

This shows the current membership category you have availed of. Your current membership category assigned will have a certain set of benefits and will be valid for a tenure.

This section also will display your option to upgrade your membership or expand the tenure of your current membership, in case you wish to avail of the same.

Did you know that EduMany Membership is being used by serious businesses to promote their listings and get results faster? Simply view the membership packages, choose the option which best suits your requirement and Buy.

On completion of purchase you will be able to view your membership status by clicking ‘Dashboard’, your current membership status will be displayed on your top of the Control panel.

Banner Advertisements & Featured Listings

It doesn't just look great – advertising on EduMany really works too. Drive the right traffic, get more inquiries and business. Be visible in locations your customers visit, promote your brand, be on top of every relevant search result.

EduMany offers a number of plans to suit your diverse business requirements giving your company a cutting edge over your competitors.
- Banner Advertisements: Your brand / product banner can be placed at different prominent places across the Edumany marketplace portal. Each banner designed by you in in variety of shapes and sizes. The banners will be hyper linked to your Listing page or website as agreed.
- Featured Listings: Your listing be it business listing, product listing, Job listing, Admission listing, Franchise listing, Buy/Sell Listing will feature among the top search results for the particular search criteria. Additionally your listing in the search page will have added colours and icons for greater visibility.

Just go ahead select your particular requirement in this section n click ‘Buy Now’. Fill in the associated form and click ‘Save’, complete the purchase formalities.

You will be track the status of your Banner Advertisements & Featured Listings in the ‘My Ads’ section

The section captures queries received from prospective buyers, messages for relevant listing you have posted on Edumany. This gives you an estimate of the number of potential buyers / connects who are awaiting your response.

For browsing ease Business queries are segregated into Listings, Products, Jobs, Admissions, Franchises, Buy/Sell. Additionally there is a numerical denoted against each of these sections indicating total inquires received against each section.

Each section has a number of columns which can be sorted as per requirement
Each row gives you the summarised detail of the Business query.

Title column denotes the particular listing live on Edumany website, click it to view the same. Reply column has the following option denoted by icons:
- View button: allows view of all details of this particular business query.
- Reply icon: .To send instant reply to buyer, type your response in the reply box and click on ‘Send Reply’ button. Please Note that you will have to save this communication and all further communication with this business query separately out of this system
- Waiting for Reply red icon: indicates business query you have not yet actioned, once you have replied this will turn green ‘replied check email’
- Verified User icon: indicates that business query sender has his email contact details verified on EduMany system. Non verified users are indicated by non-Verified User icon
In case of business query received for Job postings, you can view/download resume using ‘download resume’ link provided below the name of individual applicant

You can also search any particular Business Query using 'Search' tab available in this section

You can check the list of Buy leads relevant to your business according to date posted by Buyers on the Edumany Marketplace.

For your quick attention Buy leads relevant to your business are sent to you in the ‘Forwarded’ section. You can also click ‘Search’ tab and using appropriate search criteria find more business leads.

Post viewing all details of the lead, click ‘View Buyer Details’ to reach the checkout page, complete the relevant purchase and return to the particular lead and view Buyer details.

Buyers while browsing through your listing leave rating and comments. These comments help you improve your offering while assisting provide greater credibility to your listing.
For browsing ease Comments are segregated into Listings, Products, Jobs, Admissions, Franchises, Buy/Sell. You can view the complete details of the comments received by clicking ‘View’ button. All comments marked in yellow ‘waiting for approval’ will post moderator approval show in green ‘Active and will show on the listing page.

Your entire premium Banner Advertisements & Featured Listings will appear here

Campaigns sorted topic wise, linked to relevant listing will also show a host of details to assist you manage your premium Banner Advertisements & Featured Listings.

Start date: indicates the date when your campaign started,
End date: shows the day your campaign expires.
Clicks: tells you the number of people who clicked on your Banner / Listing,
Impressions: indicates the number of visitors who browsed your Banner / Listing

You can also Edit or Delete your campaign from this section

My Wallet is a facility to upload, track and quickpay transactions on EduMany.

You can add amount My Wallet by simply clicking “My Wallet" from the Dashboard tab. Then follow the simple process to enter credit card and back account information to complete the amount upload.

In case you have accrued points which you want to redeem, the credit of the same is also added to My Wallet
You can now use this credit to pay any paid service on EduMany.com.

EduMany Points lets you earn and redeem points on every defined activity on EduMany. With a wide range of activities, you can earn points and more. Members can stack up points and redeem these points for paid services.

The 'Points Table' tab incl in this section will assist you understand the points you can accrue for the various activities.

Please note: You shall not be eligible to receive points for posting irrelevant matter, posting review on your own listing, posting review on your associate listing, posting false reviews, posting reviews just for the sake of accruing points. posting reviews with intention of spamming the system. Points even if accrued / paid shall be reversed, EduMany decision on the matter will be final. Genuine reviews are welcome.

All orders executed on EduMany will be invoiced to Clients. The Invoice details for the same will be visible here.

You can get up-to-date information on each invoice including updates, status and payment details. You have an option to download the invoice apart from viewing it online.

Order history is a convenient way for a buyer to keep track of all current and past orders and their status in the order process. It allows the buyer to get up-to-date information on each order placed online, including updates, status and payment details

On Every Listing there is ‘Add to favorite’ grey button on the top of each page. Click that and it will turn ‘favorite’ green button.

The same will be seen in the dashboard section. To remove it from favorite section just delete it from this section or uncheck it on the listing.

How to setup and use EduMany Bookings

In the next steps you need setup Bookings components. Click on Booking Forms.

(1) Settings: You should start with settings, like: Start Date, End Date, Available Seats, Number of seats available for booking, refund Policy, Tax (%).

(2) Fields: Option to set pricing, course / grade details, date / time of booking slots, compulsory information etc. can be set here It also possible setup calendar of working days and available working hours when bookings can be done. This really interesting option that gives you possibility to setup when you want to allow clients to book your time using Bookings.

(3) Grade Bookings: In this section you can manage services offered to your Clients. Promoting EduMany Bookings with Facebook Page and other social media You can easily forward /promote EduMany Bookings with your Facebook Page. It will allow your clients to book your time for the appointment after getting redirected from Facebook.

My Bookings is a facility to track uploaded and quick paid Booking transactions on EduMany.

You can book various programs, take admissions for courses, enroll for online learning for programs listed in Admissions & Elearn module. Browse through offerings listed & confirm your seats for courses of your interest by following the simple process to enter details required and completing the transaction by completing the payment formalities.

All completed bookings will be available for view here. The ‘Thumbs down’ yellow icon in status means that the submitted booking is now waiting administrator approval to be processed. Once the booking request is approved you will see green thumbs up icon in place of the Thumbs down yellow icon

As an EduMany user,

  • You have the ability to sell products and services through your EduMany microsite.
  • You can also book admissions and enroll learners in Elearn courses.
  • You can also receive payouts under affiliate program.

When you make a sale, EduMany will collect the money from your customer and then pay you out.

The amount of time it takes for EduMany to pay you will depend on the payment cycle and minimum payout criteria set.

EduMany Manual Payouts

With manual payouts, you will need to request a payout from EduMany every time you want to receive money from a sale. 

This option is best for people who want more control over their money. Please be aware that EduMany payouts can take up to 10 days to process. In some cases, payouts may be delayed due to bank holidays or weekends. We recommend that you check your account regularly to ensure that your payout has been processed.

 

Go to My Orders
When you want to track your EduMany order later, simply navigate to My Orders in your EduMany dashboard.

Select Your Order
Once you tap My Orders, you’ll see everything you have ordered listed there. Scroll to see all the items you’ve ordered from EduMany. You’ll see the item name, an image, and a notification below it that tells you when it will be, or has been, delivered. 

Each item will have a track link, click on ‘Track’ to see your order tracking details

Get Order Tracking Details
In the EduMany track link, you’ll see status and delivery sequence of your order. This sequence has four steps – Ordered & Approved, Packed, Shipped and Delivery.

There is clear indication of 'In Process' or 'Delivered' depending on what stage of processing your order is in. The most recent stage is highlighted within the track link. For example, if your order has been shipped, you’ll see details of the same to draw your attention to the third step – Shipped.

And More Details
Want more details? Just click on any of the four steps and you’ll see details along with the expected delivery date of your order. For example, if your order has been shipped, you will be able to see where your order has been shipped, received and dispatched from along with the relevant dates. Hit the back button on your smartphone to go back to the main menu.

Affiliate marketing involves referring a product or service by sharing it on a blog, social media platforms, or website. The affiliate earns a commission each time someone makes a purchase through the unique link or code associated with their recommendation. All Buy requirements can be sorted basis category, location, date of posting, hits. You can view Buy requirements details posted by clicking ‘View’ button

All Buy requirements marked in yellow ‘Inactive’ will post moderator approval show in blue ‘Active’ and will show as ‘converted’ as soon as a seller views your requirement including your contact details. You can now expect business proposals shortly.

Changes are the only thing that’s constant nowadays. This is the reason on why you need to know one of the basics in selling on EduMany. In getting started on EduMany, you need to know the basics and one of them is editing your listing.

We all know that the business information is one of the effective tools which can help in boosting the conversion rate. Giving accurate and complete information to your customers can make them satisfied, instead of answering all of their queries about your item.

EduMany makes it easier for their seller to replace the product information of their listings. With this, sellers can easily update their listing and give a good impression to their customers.

Edit an Existing EduMany

Login to Your Account You can start by logging in to your account at EduMany.com 

Choose the Listing to Edit Once you’re in, click the Dashboard and select the Listing you want to in the tab. This is where you can see all of your listing on EduMany, both active and inactive. Just look for the item that you wish to edit and click the Edit button on the right.

Update the General Info You should click on the Business Title to reach the general information page. This is where you can update the vital Info, descriptions, images or add a new variation.

On the vital info tab, you can update everything but the product ID. If you wanted to update the product ID, you would need to create a new listing for that. If both are identical, you can just contact us to copy this listing.

There is nothing to do with variations since we are not creating one. Offer is where you can change the pricing of your item. Seller SKU and the item condition can’t be changed. You need to create a new listing if you wanted to change those.

Add or update the listing pictures on the Images tab.

Update the Additional Information In order for the additional information tab to show up, you need to turn on the Advanced View. As you can see additional tabs has appeared.

The description tab is where you can update the bullet points and the product description itself.

The keywords tab is where you can update the keywords matching for your listing. You can update the Intended use, the target audience, search term, etc.

Lastly is the Map and Social Details tab. This is where you can update or add more information of your item. Just fill out the details that are applicable for your listing.

Save and Finish Once you’re all set, you can now save the changes. Just click the Save and Finish button at the bottom. Please take note that the save and finish button won’t be activated if you missed to fill out a required field.

You will then receive a notice that your suggestions are submitted and will reflect on your product page within 15mins if it’s approved.

Once everything is all set, you should see it reflect on the product information page. Please be advised that other categories will have different information, so just adjust accordingly.

Edit an Existing EduMany Listing & Product Information Summary

  1. Login to your Seller account
  2. Choose the listing to edit
  3. Update the General Information
  4. Update the Additional Information
  5. Save and Finish

How to enable the EduMany Admission and Elearn listings

EduMany Bookings could be turned off by design on your Admission and Elearn listings. You will need to enable EduMany Bookings first to start to use it.

 

To enable the Bookings, go to the particular Business listing> Admission and Elearn listings and open Booking Forms.

How to setup and use EduMany Bookings

In the next steps you need setup Bookings components. Click on Booking Forms.

  1. Settings: You should start with settings, like: Start Date, End Date, Available Seats, Number of seats available for booking, refund Policy, Tax (%)

EduMany Bookings Revenue Calculation

On EduMany, instructors and institutions are compensated based on booking engagement. In the EduMany marketplace model, while instructors on E-Learn are compensated based on course purchases, institutions are paid for every admission booked on the platform for their listing.

Payment schedule

Generally speaking, EduMany revenue is added to your account after 7 business days of the following month under the EduMany tab on your revenue report. For example, your EduMany revenue for the month of January, would appear in your January revenue report, after 7 business days have elapsed in February. On achieving minimum criteria for receiving payout, Request for payout can be submitted.

For listings with multiple courses, booking revenue will be added to your revenue account & minimum payout criteria will be applied cumulatively at the time of calculation/reporting. Each instructor's earnings will appear in their individual revenue report.

Revenue share agreed with EduMany marketplace is retained while making payouts

Revenue earned will be posted a few days before it’s paid out, approximately 30 days after the close of the month, in which the relevant consumption took place. For example, September earnings will appear in the September statement around the first week of October, and will be paid out shortly after.

Enrolments via coupons and referral links 

If a coupon or referral link leads to a new booking and payment for a course purchase, then the instructor or institution will receive the revenue payout after considering the coupon/ discount/offer bonus. Instructors can see these amounts reflected in the Revenue Report.

Ordered Items contains details of all orders received, includes Order history and reporting
 

Order History Reports include information about item, details of person placing the order, shipment, return, and refund activity for business account orders.

 
You can update the shipment status of each order individually from this section.

What is an EduMany wish list?
The wish list on EduMany serves two purposes. Suppose you’re browsing through products on EduMany and see something you like or need, but don’t intend on buying or acting on it them right away, then you can add it to this list. This way, you know that you can always find it on this list, especially if it’s something that you consider to be important. 

How does the EduMany wish list work?
You would have noticed when you’re viewing a product, there is an option to either buy the product or add it to one of your favourite lists. How to create an EduMany wish list?
Now a lot of people wonder if you can have multiple items on wishlists on EduMany. Yes, you can because EduMany does not impose any restrictions on the number of lists that you can create. So you can create multiple ones, each for a different purpose or occasion. 

If you need help with how to make a wishlist on EduMany, follow the steps below 

  • Firstly, you need to be registered on EduMany as a user. You can create your account by heading over to the official website.
  • Even if you visit a particular Listing and click on the heart icon or click on ‘Save as Favourite’ it will lead you to create an account or lead you to login for existing users.

Once your account has been set up, making wish lists is super easy. Just click on the heart icon or click on Save as favourite and it’s done. All lists are private when first created, and you can make changes to them as you go.

 
How to add items to your wish list? 
Adding items to an EduMany wishlist is something you can do as and when you are browsing and find something that you need or that piques your interest. When you find an item that you want to add, these are the steps to follow:

Login your account, Just click on the heart icon or click on Save as favourite and it’s done.

Once items have been added to any list, they can be viewed by you according to the settings you have applied. From here on, you can just select whichever products and purchase them the normal way that you purchase any product on EduMany.

What you should know about EduMany notifications
The EduMany notifications enable you to receive information that is relevant to your business with EduMany on items for sale, bookings, stocks, inventory, availability of items etc. The information is sent directly to you when an event occurs to which you are listed.

 

Set up notifications

You can set up notifications to receive automated alerts in the Notifications section of the Dashboard about problems with your orders, account security, or other customer service issues, from or on behalf of EduMany.
To set up notifications, complete the following steps:

  1. Go to Your Account.
  2. Add correct email address & mobile number which could be used as additional Communication preferences.

Invitations are how you make connections on EduMany. When one EduMany member sends an invitation to another person who then accepts the invitation, they become 1st-degree connections. If the person receiving the invitation isn't an EduMany member, they'll be prompted to join EduMany in order to accept the invitation. Each new connection can increase your access to thousands of new members in your network as 2nd degree connections.

Invitations are also often accompanied by coupon codes or special offers

Notes:

  • A primary email address is mandatory to send invitations in case you wish email invitations.
  • There are number of social media options to send invitation as well.
  • You can also copy the invitation link via the copy icon provided on the offer.

You can also invite people to your group (if you’re a group manager).
